Absolutely! We love personalizing your telegram. You can choose from our list of epic songs or request a specific song to make the experience even more special. If we don’t have your requested song, we’ll do our best to accommodate.

How Long Does a Performance Last?
Our singing telegrams are designed to be delightful yet succinct, typically lasting between 3 to 7 minutes. This ensures your special message is delivered with impact while respecting the busy schedules of all involved, making it perfect for a quick, uplifting break in a workday or a swift surprise at any event.
What if i need to cancel? Do i get a refund?

We recognize that schedules can shift. If you need to cancel your booking, we provide a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled performance. For cancellations within 48 hours of the event, refunds are not available; however, you have the option to reschedule.

Are Tips Included With The Cost?

Gratuities are not included in our pricing, but if you’re delighted with the performance, tips are warmly welcomed and much appreciated by our performers. You have the option to tip directly at the event or conveniently add a gratuity during the booking process.

What Variety of Performance Styles Do We Offer?

We proudly offer a dynamic range of performers including Rockstar, Classy, Country, and Pop Star themes. For those looking for something extra special, we can also arrange for unique, costumed characters tailored to your event theme for an added fee. Feel free to inquire about custom characters!

Our team is ready to entertain 7 days a week, from 9 AM to 9 PM. If your celebration calls for an earlier start or a later curtain, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate your special timing needs.
